2012 Dream Season Overnight Wrestling Camp Dates Announced

The 2012 dates for our 10-day Dream Season Overnight Camp have been set! Join us from July 20 – 29, 2012 to learn the Foundation Wrestling system in a small group and drill intensive format.

The camp is for wrestlers ages 11-18 who have a minimum of 2 full years wrestling. Camp takes place in Troy, MO — 30 minutes North of St.viagra online Louis, MO — at Cuivre River State Park, the same place where the Purler Brothers’ infamous Takedown Machine Camp is held.

What is Foundation Wrestling?

Foundation Wrestling is an approach to training developed by Nick Purler (former All-American for Oklahoma State University) in order to more effectively train his students at Purler Wrestling Academy (operating in Missouri, Kansas, and Illinois).

Purler Wrestling Academy first opened its doors in November of 1999, and has since grown to become the largest and one of the most successful wrestling academies in the nation.

Since then, PWA students have been winning every major wrestling award on the youth national level and PWA high school students have been earning college wrestling scholarships at an accelerated rate with many Freshman state champs and Cadet / Junior National All-Americans each year.

The goal is to get your team involved in a ‘system’ so that you can focus your efforts as well as the efforts of your wrestlers. In addition, you need to get your coaches on board and on the same page as you are. This is when the team begins to move forward!

A Foundation Wrestling Workshop provides you with a ‘shortcut’ by getting your team on the mats while Purler Wrestling teaches them the system. Most coaches will buy our DVDs, learn the system, and then teach the system to his team. This is a very productive way to get on board with Foundation Wrestling and they have tremendous results. However, the fastest way is for us to come to your town and drill the system into your team so that come Monday, you are ready to begin the drilling / training process. We can take care of the hard part and do so very efficiently as we have been teaching this system at Purler Wrestling Academy for years.
