Five (5) reasons why YOU should choose Foundation Wrestling camps:

1. Small-group format
Wrestlers will be grouped into 40-45 man groups. At each camp, only 90-120 wrestlers will be allowed depending on location. We will not throw 400-600 kids into one big group and hold camp.

2. More bang for your buck!
At each camp, Phase I and Phase II of Foundation Wrestling will be covered over the course of the 5 day camp…meaning a camp format or SYSTEM will be followed. Afterwards, each wrestler will receive a FREE set of our Foundation Wrestling System Phase I and Phase II DVDs.a $220.00 value! For example, if you sign up for the youth / beginner camp you get that set of dvds, etc. This way, you get small group, drill-intensive training and a professionally done copy of what you learned. Industry leaders have dubbed the Foundation System DVDs as the best instructional product ever produced for the sport of wrestling. Something we are very proud of. However, that was our intention.

3. A proven system
Instead of an array of random moves followed by recreational drill time, our camps will be based off of the Foundation Wrestling System and be structured around very focused drill sessions.

4. Unmatched expertise!
Foundation Wrestling is the instructional arm of Purler Wrestling, Inc, which operates Purler Wrestling Academy. Purler Wrestling Academy is the nation's largest wrestling academy and is based in the states of MO, IL and KS. Countless dedicated wrestlers travel as much as 3 to 5 hours round-trip each week to train with the Purler brothers with individuals traveling as far as 7+ hours round-trip to attend their 2 hour weekly workouts! Purler Wrestling Academy has won 4 Tulsa National team titles in the past 7 years and it's high school students have racked up some pretty amazing accomplishments as well with All-American and Nat'l Champs being crowned each summer at the prestigious Cadet / Junior Nationals in Fargo, ND. All students' training is structured around our Foundation System of wrestling.

5. An organized camp format
Furthermore, random high school coaches and college kids will NOT be running our camps. Only Purler-trained staff members and former Purler Wrestling Academy students will be instructing your son(s) and wrestlers.
